Nurse led care at home for adults and children across England, built around clinical needs, daily routines and the things that matter to each person.
We support people with complex neurological conditions, brain and spinal injuries, and respiratory needs. Care can include tracheostomy and ventilation support, enteral feeding, medication and personal care, following assessment and an agreed care plan.
Our nurses and care staff are matched to the skills each package requires. We work with families, commissioners and the existing clinical team to plan discharge, ongoing care and reviews.

We confirm suitable staff, mobilisation arrangements and ongoing reviews with you and the clinical team.

Personalised Care in Your Own Home
Clinical care should fit around life at home. Alongside assessed nursing support, we can help with personal care, daily routines, companionship and activities that matter to you.
Packages may include visiting care, overnight support, live in care or respite, depending on assessed needs and suitable staffing. We agree the schedule and responsibilities with you before care begins.

How much does complex care cost?
Each package is quoted individually, based on assessed needs, clinical skills, staffing and the hours of support required. We discuss the proposal and funding arrangements before you decide.
Can you help with discharge home?
We can discuss planned or urgent discharge with families and professional teams. We assess the package and confirm suitable staff and the earliest safe start date.
How is care reviewed?
We agree care plans, responsibilities and review arrangements with you and the clinical team, adapting support when assessed needs change.
