Priya Lad
Registered Branch Manager
Hello, my name is Priya Lad, and I have the privilege of serving as the Registered Manager for Home Care Providers Ltd. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in the complex care industry, where the focus is not only on providing top-tier care but also on navigating the intricacies of supporting individuals with diverse and complex care needs. Whether it’s managing long-term conditions, supporting individuals with disabilities, or providing palliative care, my role has involved overseeing a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care in the comfort of people’s own homes.
One of the key aspects of this industry is ensuring that the workforce is both happy and highly qualified. In my experience, a motivated and well-trained team is essential for delivering outstanding care. The quality of care directly correlates to the support, training, and wellbeing of the staff. Providing a positive working environment, offering continuous professional development, and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration are all vital for not only retaining talented staff but also for ensuring that they feel equipped and empowered to deliver the best care possible.
Equally important is the safety and well-being of our Service Users. Ensuring that individuals can remain safely in their own homes, where they feel most comfortable, is at the heart of what we do. This involves conducting thorough risk assessments, tailoring care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual and providing regular monitoring and support. It’s also crucial to have open communication with families and healthcare providers to ensure that any changes in a Service User’s condition are addressed promptly. By working collaboratively and staying proactive in our approach, we can help individuals live with dignity and independence while receiving the highest standards of care.
In summary, my work in the complex care industry has been driven by a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of those we care for, alongside a commitment to maintaining a skilled, happy workforce that is both capable and compassionate. Ensuring the safety, comfort, and happiness of Service Users is at the core of everything we do, and I’m incredibly proud to be part of this meaningful work.

This variety has shaped me into a highly adaptable practitioner with a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centred care.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep belief that patients always come first. I bring a strong work ethic, empathy, and commitment to delivering outstanding care in every role I undertake. I thrive in dynamic environments and am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow within this fantastic field.
I have a particular interest in teaching clinical skills, supporting complex care, integrating education in healthcare, and exploring the role of technology in improving patient outcomes.
Outside of work, I’m an avid learner with a keen interest in global perspectives, emerging healthcare research, and innovative approaches to care. I love listening to podcasts that spark new ideas and conversations—and I hope to launch my own healthcare-focused podcast in the future to share stories, insights, and connect with others in the field.
