OUR SERVICES

Clinical interventions we support

Clinical care at home starts with a clear assessment of needs, risks and the skills required. We support adults and children with complex health needs through an agreed care plan and staff with the relevant training and assessed competencies.

Our clinical team works with families, commissioners and treating professionals to plan support, oversee delivery and review changing needs. The interventions below are considered individually, subject to assessment and suitable staffing.

Discuss a referral with our team or call 0203 225 5579. Ask for a secure route before sending clinical records.
